Housed in the beautiful, historic and heritage listed Griffiths Tea building in Sydney's Surry Hills, Chin Chin Sydney has its own unique personality and a menu that reflects of its own neighbourhood.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced and driven Junior Sommelier to join our team at Chin Chin Sydney on a casual basis. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery.
- Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a high volume restaurant
- Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
- Passion for wine and the industry
- Exceptional service skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
- WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
- Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
