About the Opportunities:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Host/ Supervisor to lead our amazing host team. A guest service-driven individual, who can manage our host space, utilise their skills and experience to ensure consistency in outstanding service delivery to our guests, from the moment they walk in to when they leave our venue
- Demonstrated at least 1 year experience as a Senior Host or Supervisor in a high volume, fast-paced a la carte restaurant
- Experience in Seven Rooms booking system or similar
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exemplary leadership with focus on developing crew for career growth
- Solid understanding of supervisory practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Passion for hospitality and hunger to accelerate your career
- Ability and desire to mentor and lead others
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shift
- Must have unlimited Australian work rights
- RSA certificate

In October 2017, Chin Chin made it's debut in Sydney's Surry Hills. While keeping true to the original Chin Chin Melbourne, Chin Chin Sydney has it's own style and local feel. Set over 1,000 sqm, the venue feeds in excess of 8,000 people weekly. Housed in the beautiful, historic and heritage listed Griffiths Tea building in Sydney's Surry Hills, Chin Chin Sydney has its own unique personality and a menu that reflects of its own neighbourhood.
