The Lendlease VIC Building team are looking for Foremen to join their project delivery team.

Role

As Foreman, you will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programmes as you coordinate sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work. You will work closely with our site engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to maintain progress in line with the construction program.

**Requirements**:
- Trade or building background- Must have previous experience delivering major building projects- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally- Previous experience managing finishes would be highly regarded
