**ABOUT YOU**
You will have previous experience in all aspects of running an asphalt project including;
- Excellent communication & leadership qualities
- Proven ability to lead a successful team, drive safety and culture
- Comprehensive knowledge of Vic Roads pavement specifications
- Good understanding of the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road Industry
- 5 + years' experience in similar role
