**Position: Civil Foreman/Junior Foreman (Hands-On)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide hands-on leadership to the construction team.
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and project objectives.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to maintain project timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Junior Foreman with hands-on involvement.
- Strong understanding of various civil construction projects, including Road Reconstructions, Streetscapes, Roundabouts, LATMs, Drainage, and more.
- Valid tickets and White Card are required.
- Hands on concreting experience is a significant plus.
- Desirable: Excavator tickets and experience.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
