Experienced Paving Foreman Wanted

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman to join our growing team

This is a leadership role with occasional on the tools work, but your primary focus will be coordination, accountability, and execution.

About the role:

  • You'll be leading multiple residential and commercial paving projects across Melbourne
  • Conduct toolbox talks & SWMS briefings
  • Coordinate subcontractors, labourers & deliveries
  • Ensure quality, safety & compliance standards
  • Step in on the tools where necessary

About you:

  • Experience as a foreman, leading hand or 5 years experience as tradesperson in the construction / landscaping industry (Commercial projects highly advantageous)
  • Some Paving experience required
  • Great communicator and problem-solver
  • Strong leadership and site management skills
  • Ability to coordinate teams and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's licence, White Card, unrestricted work rights in Australia
