Operations Manager – Facilities Leadership

Job Summary
We drive operational excellence, energy performance, and compliance to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
Lead a national facilities management function, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations across stores and corporate offices.
Develop and implement a national facilities maintenance plan, driving continuous improvement in service efficiency.
Oversee energy management and environmental performance, partnering with sustainability teams to achieve company targets.
Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and lease agreements.
To succeed, you'll need:
10–15 years of experience in facilities management or property leadership roles, ideally in retail environments.
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance systems, building compliance, and OH&S requirements.
Proven experience managing large-scale budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience in facilities management, engineering, or related disciplines (trade qualifications highly regarded).
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder partnerships.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance delivery and long-term planning.
