Job Opportunity

We seek a highly experienced facilities leader to provide strategic and operational guidance across multiple sites.

  • Provide visionary leadership in facility operations, asset lifecycle management, renewal programs, and contract management.
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide asset management system; standardise processes; address contract overholdings; enhance reporting and data-driven decision making.
  • Foster high-performing teams, build capability, and reduce reliance on single-person knowledge for sustainable operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex facilities environments, ideally within hospitals or healthcare. Strong expertise in asset management systems, contract governance, compliance, and facilities operations is essential, along with a track record of leading change and uplifting teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and oversight for facility operations.
  • Asset Management: Design and implement an enterprise-wide asset management system.
  • Talent Development: Develop and empower high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be collaborative, pragmatic, and able to mentor and build capability. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
