Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pre-Contracts Manager, to join Service Stream in our Utilities and Infrastructure sector based in North Sydney, NSW
About the Role

Service Stream's utilities and infrastructure division are currently seeking a full time Pre-Contracts Manager on a permanent full-time contract to join our team based in North Sydney, NSW. Reporting directly to the General Manager
- Commercial & Pre-Contracts you will provide dedicated high-level administrative support to the Utilities Pre-Contracts and Commercial functions.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: North Sydney, NSW

Reporting Line: General Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Pre-Contracts
- Assume role of pre-contracts system administrator, ensuring that pipeline data is accurate and maintained
- Supporting Pre-Contracts Manager in the scheduling of executive review meetings
- Managing document control process to ensure that executive approvals are sought and retained
- Compilation of monthly pre-contract reporting suite

Commercial
- Assume role of contract database administrator, ensuring that contract information is accurate and maintained
- Assisting commercial managers with the preparation of contractual documentation
- Assisting commercial managers with data analysis and discovery activities
- Compilation of monthly commercial reporting suite

About you
- Minimum 2-years' experience in a similar role
- Some exposure to tendering and contracts
- Preparation of high-quality executive level briefs and reports
