Human Resources and Workforce Coordinator
Right at Home – Goldfields Grampians Murray (GGM)
Permanent Part-Time (3 days per week, hours negotiable, including flexible school hours)
About the Role
Right at Home GGM is growing, and we're seeking a highly organisedHuman Resources & Workforce Coordinatorto support our expanding care team.
In this role, you'll be the link between our people and leadership – managing recruitment, HR compliance, rostering, and staff support.

What You'll Do
Coordinate staff rosters and ensure client shifts are filled
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Fair Work, police checks, and registrations
Support staff training, development, and performance tracking
Provide HR and workforce support to managers and carers
Assist with HR administration, payroll preparation, and backfill admin when required

Qualifications
HR qualification and equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
HR, recruitment, or rostering experience (health/aged care desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and modern awards
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
HR qualification or equivalent experience preferred
