    We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with solid administration experience to join our People, Culture and Learning team. Reporting to PC&L, Team Leader, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a friendly can-do approach and be able to multi-task and prioritise competing demands. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of HR processes and experience in HR administration.

    About The Role
    • Coordinating the new starter onboarding process for employees and contractors – onboarding.
    • Scheduling and conducting inductions for new starters
    • Coordinating the probation process with managers and new staff
    • Managing employee lifecycle activities including preparing letters for staff movements and contractor changes
    • Coordinating the staff exit process
    • Monitoring and responding to internal and external HR queries
    • Coordinating monthly compliance audits and client approvals
    • Providing ad hoc support and project support to the PC&L team as required

    • Has great customer service skills, is solutions-focused and can problem solve
    • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and supportive team
    • Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Takes pride in their work, focuses on getting it right the first time with a high level of accuracy
    • Has an ability to manage multiple tasks and can readjust priorities to meet competing demands
    • Strong organisational skills
    • High level skills in Microsoft Office
