We're looking for a HR Coordinator to join our HR team and provide essential administrative, recruitment, and coordination support across the business

You'll be the go-to for HR administration, employee lifecycle processes and recruitment for our retail and DC teams - all while helping us foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

How you will make a difference:

HR Administration & Support: Deliver day-to-day HR admin support, ensuring smooth operations across the team. Prepare contracts and documentation, maintain employee records, and assist with policies, procedures, and compliance reporting.

Recruitment: Lead casual recruitment for our retail stores and distribution centre, partnering with hiring managers to source, interview and onboard great talent. You'll also support the HR team with permanent recruitment too.

Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Coordinate onboarding and induction activities, from welcome packs to compliance documentation. Assist with engagement initiatives including collation of yearly surveys and action plans. Manage the offboarding, including checklists and exit surveys.

Compliance & Fair Work Support: Maintain accurate employee records to meet NES, Fair Work, and WHS obligations. Assist with performance management and grievance documentation, and support WHS administration including incident reporting and training records.

Office Support & Culture: Coordinate office events, celebrations, and team-building activities to promote a positive culture alongside the culture club. Be the first point of contact for office related support - liaising with service providers and supporting workplace presentation.

What you'll bring:

  • 1–2 years' experience in HR administration or a coordinator role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Fair Work Act, NES, and HR compliance (desirable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS/payroll system experience a plus.
  • Professional communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
