**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join **CaFHS** in the **Central Booking** Team as an** Administration Co-ordinator, full time until 30 June 2025. The position is located in Adelaide CBD.**
The **Administrative Coordinator **is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of administrative functions to support families accessing CaFHS services.
Key elements of the roles include:
- Management of administration staff within the booking hub to engage with families for newborn and developmental health checks.
- Statistical and data analysis, roster management, report preparation to ensure the smooth running of the service. Intermediate Excel skills would be advantageous in this position.
- Liaising closely with CaFHS regional staff to ensure quality and timely service delivery
The position has responsibility for ensuring that administrative staff in their team understand their role and the standards expected and will provide ongoing support and training.

**About the Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS)**
The **Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS)** is a free statewide service that supports parents and families of children from birth to five years of age, who live across metropolitan, regional and rural areas in South Australia.
With over 100 clinics across South Australia, **CaFHS** helps parents and families to understand their child's health, development, and wellbeing needs, which can include breastfeeding, sleeping, settling, introducing solids, parenting and play and development. Each year, **CaFHS** provides over 75,000 family consultations via in clinic or at home appointments, telehealth (phone) or virtually.
South Australia records approximately 20,000 births each year and **CaFHS** offers an in home initial 4 health and development check at 1 to 4 weeks of age, to support the infant and family's health, wellbeing and development. Further health and development checks are offered at 6-8 weeks, 6-9 months, 18-24 months, 3 years and 4 to 5 years. For children with ongoing or complex needs, **CaFHS** can refer families to other healthcare and community service supports.
