Citywide are recruiting for a** Recycling** **Team Leader** for our facility located on Degraves Street, to supervise the processing of cardboard and organic waste. This role will suit anyone with a passion for recycling, sustainability and the environment with experience leading a team.
- Degraves Street location
- Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm

**Duties of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Coordination of the day-to-day activities of the team
- Supervising processing technicians
- Actively participating in the processing of recycling
- Liaise with clients and the general public on a daily basis
- Prepare monthly contract report
- Order stock and materials as required
- Triage service requests, queries and provide feedback/or service information
- Accurate daily reporting or performance
- Ensure that all fleet and equipment are maintained at all times
- Escalate any safety, employee safety or operational issues to the supervisor
- Ensure the highest standards of safety are applied

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience and knowledge in Waste & Recycling management desirable
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- First Aid certificate desirable
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
