Job Opportunity

The Operational Excellence Lead identifies and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the organization, focusing on recycling operations.

This role develops and implements strategies to enhance productivity, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards across multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities:

- Identify process optimization opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Develop strategies to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to align operational excellence initiatives with business goals.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of operational improvements.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on performance metrics, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for further improvement.

- Work closely with production, quality assurance, laboratory, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless implementation of improvement initiatives.

- Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies and training programs.

- Stay abreast of technological advancements in recycling and evaluate their potential benefits.
