Job Opportunity

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across the recyclables supply chain while delivering exceptional customer service.

We seek an experienced professional to lead our vendor network, driving optimal performance and service delivery throughout collection, processing, and transport of recyclables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a high-performing vendor network aligned with key pillars of Safety, Service, and Cost
  • Analyse and negotiate mutually beneficial commercial and service outcomes
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct site/vendor visits to ensure quality service and compliance
  • Drive network optimisation and formalise agreements through contract execution
  • Promote adherence to safety standards and environmental best practices
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Collaborative team player
  • SAP and Excel proficiency
  • Experience in waste or recycling industry
