**The Company**
My client is a leading Australian Advertising & Media Agency, servicing a unique & rapidly growing space in the market. Working with both local & international clients, they have a number of key projects spreading across Australia. With this expansion phase in mind they are looking to grow their North Sydney office, and add a Project & Admin Coordinator to the team. The business has built an amazing & inclusive culture, and this new position will only strengthen that moving forward.

**The Role**
Reporting directly to the General Manager & supporting the Senior Leadership Team your main duties will include:

- Implementation of structured workflow and job set up processes.
- Collate and assist in the preparation of project reports, including project tracking and financial summary reports.
- Preparation, editing and formatting of project documents, pitches and presentations, including proof reading of documents.
- Develop timelines, budgets and project reports with direction from the studio project managers.
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and associates in regards to project deliverables.
- Meeting scheduling and preparation.
- Navigating budget spreadsheets and working within parameters.
- Maintain and organise project documentation as required.
- Manage and implement project processes across studio systems.
- Maintain manuals for systems and train new starters in team systems.
- Managing accurate and logical filing & document control, including version management.
- Ad hoc office & admin support
