Responsibilities Provide excellent phone-based customer service and represent the Hy-Tec brandTake orders, finalise sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designsSchedule rostering and truck movements using softwareEnsure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirementsOrder raw materials as neededWhat you will need to SucceedExperience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regardedStrong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customersPlant Operator experience (FEL preferred)Proven ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environmentOur BusinessHy-Tec is a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to various construction sectors.
