**Job Title:** Concrete Batcher

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced concrete batcher to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete plant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor automated systems to accurately dispense materials and ensure consistent concrete production.
  • Oversee and manage the operation of machinery and equipment used in the production of concrete at the plant.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of batching machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth workflow through effective communication with drivers via radio.
  • Assist with manual handling and lifting tasks as required to support plant operations.

Requirements:

  • Current C Class Drivers licence essential.
  • Prior experience in concrete plant operations advantageous, but not essential.
  • Experience in staff management and logistics coordination highly desirable.
