**About the Company**

Leading energy business who own and manage a diverse portfolio of gas, electricity, solar and wind assets. They also own and operate renewable power generation assets in Australia, with wind and solar projects across the country.

**About the Role**

They have an exciting opportunity available for a Change Consultant to join their Strategic Projects & EPMO team in for a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Team Lead - Change Management, you will be working closely with a number of key stakeholders managing, partnering and developing change management strategy ensuring leadership behaviors associated with change are positive and supportive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify risk mitigation tactics as part of the change management process
- Design innovative ways to engage users around new mindsets and ways of working
- Conduct effective stakeholder engagement through-out the change journey
- Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities, utilising existing business rhythms where possible
- Ensure plans are in place to minimise the impact and risk of business transition and support long term sustainable change adoption for individuals and the business
- Identify and pursue continuous improvements in change management practice and approach

**About You**
- Project Change Management experience in a complex infrastructure business or relevant environment
- Communication & Facilitation - strong stakeholder communication and engagement
- Experience on technology Projects (advantageous)
- Organisational Psychology qualification or similar (or progress towards) will be highly regarded
