About the RoleWe're seeking a Change Analyst Consultant to join our clients team on a high-profile program with the Department of Defence – Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG).
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth implementation of new systems and processes, driving stakeholder engagement, and enabling business readiness across complex, multi-jurisdiction environments.
What You'll Do- Lead Change Impact Assessments and readiness activities.
- Apply PROSCI/PCI methodologies to deliver structured change.
- Collaborate with SMEs, technical teams, and business analysts.
- Develop change artefacts, training, and communications.
- Guide stakeholders through adoption and post-go-live support.
- 4+ years in project/change management in large, complex orgs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Change Management certification (PROSCI or PCI) highly regarded.
- Government, justice, or Defence sector experience an advantage.
- Work on a high-impact Defence program that shapes national capability.
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team.
