The RoleOur State Government client is seeking an experienced HR Change Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will support the HR Change Specialist through a significant transformation program, coordinating consultation activities, preparing stakeholder materials, and ensuring accurate and timely communication. ResponsibilitiesSupport the HR Change Specialist in finalising the detailed Consultation PlanCoordinate inputs from the Service Model Project Team and develop consultation packs, briefing materials, guides, scripts, and FAQsMaintain version control of all published materials and liaise with Change & Communications teamsAssist with updates to position descriptions, SOPs, work instructions, and role statementsAbout YouExperience in HR/IR transformation processes and consultation activitiesFamiliarity with clause 11 consultation processes within governmentProven background in change and communication rolesProficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and VisioApply Now
