**About the Role**

Our client is a passionate and constantly-evolving retail business in the lifestyle fashion space, and have always had a strong focus on their innovative marketing strategy & team. With that in mind, they are looking for an Ecommerce professional to join them on their next phase of growth and expansion.

**Responsibilities**
- Product enrichment for all our clients marketplaces
- Improve marketplaces' online presence
- Day to day communication with the warehouse & monitoring order fulfillment
- Investigating shipment queries with logistic companies
- Ordering of all packaging for the warehouse
- Investigating order flow issues with relevant Ecommerce third parties
- Working with customer service to improve customer experience.
- Preparation of all Ecommerce shoots happening each month
- Attending Ecommerce shoots and keeping track of shoot list
- eCommerce projects - as directed by business requirements
- Marketplaces performance report
- All relevant weekly and monthly reporting

**Skills**
- Experience in a similar Ecommerce/Content/Marketplace role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and energetic approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with a consistent commitment to provide high quality customer service and go above and beyond
- MS Office Skills
- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
