The Role

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the day‑to‑day operation of the websites to achieve overall online objectives. Drive revenue and profit outcomes through the online stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade: Build and manage product categories, product merchandising and navigation to ensure relevant customer journeys based on Marketing, Trade and Search activity.
  • Product content: Assist the product enrichment process and upload all available products in accordance with delivery dates. Maintain a detailed view of the product catalogue and optimize content.
  • Promotions: Set up and test promotions in line with planned activity; upload product and promotions on marketplaces.
  • Reporting: Accurately report on email and website performance weekly and execute actionable insights.
  • User Experience: Brief and implement onsite content, including homepage, landing pages and content articles with a focus on UX and mobile; maintain onsite search settings and optimise the search experience.
  • Collaboration: Maintain open communication with Customer Care to ensure a positive customer experience and work with key teams to optimize merchandising, content, and communications onsite.
  • Quality: Undertake UAT for future developments.
  • Marketing: Work with Marketing and Creative teams to execute engaging email and SMS campaigns; support end-to-end email creation and optimize trigger and journey-based campaigns.
Key Requirements
  • 1+ years in an ecommerce role and/or ecommerce degree
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Dot Digital
  • Beginner-Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
  • Passion for online retail and a positive can-do attitude
