**The Organisation**
Our client is a senior Search firm in Sydney specialising in the Medical, Clinical & Life Sciences arena. Well established, this business has an amazing track record of success serving clients locally and nationally.

**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a billing Team Leader to continue to build on the success of a highly experienced team. We need someone who is well versed in operating in a true advisor capacity across permanent, white collar recruitment and would love to learn the medical science world - a really exciting world always but more-so even now You will be responsible for growing and developing the client side of the business, servicing new and existing stakeholders in order to continue the pattern of growth that this firm has already experienced. You will also take over the management and development of a small but highly successful team. This is a long term career opportunity where you will be mentored and have your formal management skills expanded.

**What you will need**
You will be an experienced Managing Consultant or Team Leader having demonstrated success in good placement delivery across larger brands, understanding the need to develop good account management practices. Coming from permanent white collar recruitment you will easily learn this exciting industry taking over a dual desk billing $700k+ and filling roles in the medical and scientific arenas - medical, R&D, clinical research etc. Your proven ability to pitch for and deliver senior end exclusive and retained work will play a large part of your success here, as will your ability to mentor and show others how it is done.
