**Our Client**
An industry leader and Nationally recognised brand. The company has seen stable growth and continues to do well in the market. They currently have an exciting opening for a well-established OD Specialist to join their People & Culture team in Perth CBD.

**Description**
Reporting to their OD Manager, your duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Liaise with the internal stakeholder group through a variety of channels, exploring and discussing process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Plan, integrate and coordinate the strategic agendas in line with their Development and Leadership programs
- Build key stakeholder relationships to assist with implementation and execution phase
- Assist with the creation of documentation to support new processes and procedures
- Manage the roll out of their D&I, Talent and Leadership Development programs
- Organise and prioritise project milestones effectively and efficiently
- Provide guidance and support to the leadership group surrounding succession planning, culture & engagement and talent mapping
- Successful end to end project management

**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Prior Organisational Development / Change experience
- Solutions focused with a holistic view and appreciation
- Outstanding organisation and presentation skills with a pragmatic approach
- Agile Software Development experience (or similar)
- Great sense of initiative and adaptability
- Tertiary qualified, ideally within HR, Leadership or Psychology
- Highly competent with MS Office Suite & Success Factors
