Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Organisational Development Specialist. This Full-Time role is based at our Perth CBD International Head Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the broader People & Culture Team and Corporate Staff with generalist HR functions. This includes ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented in line with our organisational Values and Code of Conduct.

This encompasses assisting with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes via direct and external hire practices, participating in projects aligned with strategic initiatives, and drafting, reviewing, and editing Position Description (PD) templates and Interview guides as required.

To be successful in this role, you will possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business, prior knowledge of generalist human resources best practices, and previous exposure to ER/ IR, Recruitment, Performance Management & Appraisals, Remuneration & Award Interpretation or other HR projects.

Requirements:
