We're growing our on-the-ground team in the Hunter area and looking for a dedicated person to join our existing crew, working closely together to deliver top-notch restoration services.

Whether you're experienced in restoration or keen to start with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we're open to all. We'll provide comprehensive training and support you in earning industry-recognised certifications.
IICRC experience or industry knowledge is a definite advantage.
About the Role
You'll play a key hands-on role in restoring disaster-damaged properties, working alongside our established team member(s) in the Hunter region. From initial assessments to full recovery, you'll gain expertise in essential techniques while providing vital support to affected homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on flood clean-up, water extraction, drying, and mould remediation
Operate specialised equipment (full training provided)
Work in the field with team support and guidance from head office
Deliver compassionate, professional service to clients during tough times
Maintain detailed job records and adhere to proven protocols
Contribute to growing our presence and services in the Hunter region
What We're Looking For
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
Physically fit and ready for demanding, hands-on work
Positive attitude, quick learner, and reliable team player
Valid driver's licence (essential)
Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
IICRC certification or industry knowledge is a strong advantage
