As an expert in the Star Club Loyalty Program, your extensive knowledge will enable you to promote member benefits and address a wide range of guest inquiries across all areas of our business.
This fast-paced role is hands-on and requires a high-level of attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our guests.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.Training for this role is set to commence on the 12 th August 2025.A few of your responsibilities:Respond to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely mannerMaintain a thorough understanding of the gaming promotions and servicesUtilise multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room accessAssist in conducting Gaming Promotions & DrawsPromote Safer Gambling & Monitor the Responsible Service of AlcoholSupport the Hosting team with Meet & Greet and Farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP membersWhat we are looking for:Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiencesAttention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needsComputer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other casino operating systemsFlexibility to work across a 24/7 rosterEligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)About you:To excel in this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be interacting with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of Premium Services department at The Star.
