Guest Experience Host

We are seeking an exceptional, people-focused individual to work across our high-end venues creating world-class guest experiences. The successful candidate will have a vivacious and lively personality who thrives on delivering high-level, premium guest experiences.

As a Guest Experience Host you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with guests – greeting and seating, hosting in venues, arranging future reservations, chaperoning, and more
  • Exceeding expectations and making every visit magical
  • Generating and coordinating bookings
  • Liaising with external concierges
  • Proactively maintaining and growing the Artesian Guest database

You will be immaculately presented and truly engaging, allowing your sparkling personality to shine through in every interaction. We're looking for an individual that can truly own the guest experience, with an excellent eye for detail, a strategic thinker, and a passion for people. No two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone with infectious energy that has the ability to adapt themselves whilst being comfortable in an authoritative position.

This role is predominantly guest-facing, with evening work when required. If you have previously worked in a similar role, we want to hear from you.
