Join our team as a Premium Services Host, where you will be the face of our premium gaming experiences. Your exceptional service skills and genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of gaming promotions and services
  • Utilise multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access
  • Assist in conducting gaming promotions & draws
  • Promote safer gambling & monitor the responsible service of alcohol
  • Support the hosting team with meet & greet and farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP members
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other casino operating systems
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
  • Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
