**YOUR ROLE**
As an Executive Talent & Leadership Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of talent, succession, and leadership strategies instrumental in building strong talent pipelines. By doing so, you'll help shape the mindsets, capabilities, and experiences needed to drive success at IAG, both now and in the future
Working closely with the Manager Executive Talent you will support the design, implementation and cyclical delivery of IAG's talent and succession frameworks and the manage Executive Talent development solutions (including talent assessment, executive coaching and other development offerings).
This is a 6-month fixed term contract role based in **Sydney.**
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in a people and culture function with an interest in developing your career in OD
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience identifying insights from people data with strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to confidently provide advice and support to leaders and HRBPs
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
