Operating from within Strategic Compliance, Intelligence and Investigations, you will lead the strategic approach and support services to deliver the department's regulatory role. This includes leading a team responsible for the Water Resource Management Regulatory Strategy, preparation and oversight of the Annual Compliance Plan and associated reporting, development of relevant operational policies, procedures and templates, and regulatory administration to support delivery of compliance functions. This role will include working collaboratively across the business to ensure consistent implementation, to identify and resolve issues, deliver compliance improvement projects and provide advice on best practice. As well build and maintain networks across other regulators, including the Commonwealth and responding to requests from the Inspector General of Water Compliance.
