Compliance Manager

This role is focused on delivering high-quality, technically sound outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You'll provide functional leadership, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, and drive a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement throughout the business.
As a key Leadership Position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational success through structured processes, rigorous oversight and strategic risk management.
About the Role As Compliance Manager, you will: Lead compliance strategy and operations across key business areas Ensure compliance with NHVR, HVNL, Mass, Maintenance and BFM requirements Provide expert advice to senior leaders and act as a key contact for regulatory bodies Oversee audits, investigations and reporting, driving accountability and action Collaborate across departments to build a strong culture of safety and compliance Support and develop a high-performing compliance team Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, systems and initiatives Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external regulators including NHVR, QTA and Nat Roads Deliver targeted compliance training to build capability across all of the business units.
