Export Coordinator

Job Summary:
As an Export Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of export orders.
- Meet and greet clients, answering phone calls in a professional manner to provide excellent customer service.
- Assemble Excel spreadsheets for export orders by verifying product transfers and inputting data for quality assurance and export to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive product transfers from quality assurance, allocate correct lot numbers, and input data into Excel spreadsheets to maintain up-to-date records.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of product transfers to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry and communication with colleagues to support team efforts.
- Process product orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate loading dates and received dates with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics.
- Enter customer orders into the database to maintain accurate records and track progress.
- Arrange transportation with relevant companies to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Communicate with transportation companies when stock is not received to resolve any issues promptly.
