An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a portfolio management platform.
This role will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and strategic oversight of commercial assets, ensuring strong financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include managing the performance, presentation, and compliance of a commercial asset portfolio.
Lease administration, rent collection, arrears management, and lease documentation are also key responsibilities.
Coordinating inspections, WHS and building compliance, maintenance, repairs, and capex programs is crucial.
The ideal candidate will prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations while monitoring financial performance.
Supporting strategic asset initiatives including refurbishments, sustainability programs, and marketing campaigns is essential.
Implementing and enhancing systems, procedures, and service delivery standards is vital.
Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, leading engagement initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels is critical.
Delivering clear, timely financial and operational reporting to stakeholders is expected.
