We are currently looking for an Asset Manager to join our team in Bondi Junction. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned commercial property management professional to take on a portfolio of assets and utilize their skills in arrears management, rent reviews, lease negotiations, and tenant liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial assets
- Develop and implement effective strategies for arrears management and rent reviews
- Negotiate leases and rental agreements with tenants and landlords
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords alike
- Work collaboratively with solicitors to ensure compliance with leasing documents and regulations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in commercial property management with a proven track record of success
- Exposure to commercial leasing and a deep understanding of legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
