Facilities Management Opportunity

The client is seeking a professional with strong technical knowledge of commercial buildings and proven experience managing premium or A Grade assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hard & soft services for a premium grade commercial asset based in the CBD.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Lead reactive and preventative maintenance function.
  • Carry out delivery of capital works projects.
  • Manage CAPEX/OPEX budget.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities management, on a commercial asset.
  • Must have experience delivering capital works projects.
  • Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
