As an asset manager, you will lead the strategic management and optimization of residential and commercial property portfolios. Your role will involve developing and implementing asset management strategies to enhance performance, conducting financial analysis, and identifying opportunities for value enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation, to inform decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for value enhancement through capital improvements, repositioning, and lease negotiations.
  • Lead asset acquisition and disposition activities, including due diligence and negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including property managers, tenants, and external partners.
  • Oversee property operations, including maintenance, capital projects, and vendor management, to ensure optimal asset performance.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and enhance portfolio resilience.
  • Prepare comprehensive asset performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management within the residential and commercial real estate sector is also required.

Strong financial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving value creation are essential. Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail are also necessary for success in this role.
