Job Title: Property Manager

 

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and effectively managing commercial assets through leasing and property management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, knowledge of the commercial market, and excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.

A NSW Certificate of Registration is required. Understanding of MRI or similar Property Management systems is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with landlords/tenants as key point of contact
  • Managing leasing arrangements and critical dates
  • Property inspections
  • Reporting
  • Attending internal/external meetings
  • Maintaining financial and legal aspects of the portfolio using our Property Management system
  • Authorising accounts and invoices for payment
