PERSOLKELLY is seeking Desktop End User Experience Engineer for one of their Global Pharma Client based in Melbourne

PERSOLKELLY is seeking Desktop End User Experience Engineer for one of their Global Pharma Client based in Melbourne

You will be responsible for implementing and managing end user computing systems. As a member of a growing team in a fast-paced environment, this role will require both strong intellectual agility and hands-on technical skill.

Tenure : 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with all Benefits

Shall be willing to travel on onsite locations for end users support

**Here's What You'll Do**
- Set up, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain end user devices (laptops, mobile phones etc.)
- Use innovative methods and technologies to identify and solve problems related to performance, reliability, and availability of systems
- Perform new hire deployments, PC refresh deployments, phones, and A/V meeting support
- Provide a positive customer experience when working with end users
- Additional duties as assigned

**Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)**
- 3+ years of experience in IT Deskside/Desktop break/fix support or similar role
- Associate Degree or technical institute degree; a combination of education and experience will be considered
- Prior experience working with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Excellent Windows and Microsoft Office Suite trouble shooting skills, as well as hardware trouble shooting skills
- Service Now ticket system experience a PLUS
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, multi-tasking skills, ticket management/documentation skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
- Strategic, but also pragmatic, detail-oriented with a willingness to be hands-on
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
