Develop and implement Business Improvement processes, drive plant wide and department specific projects enhancing team capability. What You'll Do
Demonstrate exemplary leadership in safety ensuring high standards are met
Design and deliver impactful, innovative projects that build workforce capability and effectiveness
Train and coach project team members in methodologies to complete efficiency projects
Ensure compliance with standardised processes, systems and tools
Provide guidance and technical support for productivity enhancement
Maintain metrics, reporting standards and integrate outcomes into planning
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate project success
What We're Looking For
Certifications and/or experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop targeted, innovative solutions
A collaborative approach to partnering with leaders and employees at all levels
Industry experience (preferred) ideally in Aluminium, heavy industrial, or operational environments
