About the Role

**Key Duties**:
Overall accountability for the WHS Management System across Baptcare

Continuous improvement of written policies, procedures, work instructions, etc in line with legislation and business requirements

Design and management of Baptcare's WHS Governance Program

Manage internal WHS investigations related to significant incidents

Manage external WHS regulators

Manage internal stakeholder relationships and partnerships within Baptcare leadership

Account management of external WHS service providers, including but not limited to, WHS management Software Providers and WHS Auditors

Maintenance of data integrity in the WHS Management Software

Operational and board reporting on WHS matters

Direct management of the WHS Systems Administrator

**About You**:
5+ years experience in an employer based WHS role

Degree (or higher) WHS qualification

ICAM qualification

Lead Auditor qualification

Experience in designing and implementing a WHS Management Systems across a multi-site employer

Experience in managing WHS governance and compliance

Advanced technical writing skills

Experience in coaching operational leadership and WHS Professionals in WHS Systems

Ability to manage WHS data integrity and WHS Software Systems

Experience in leading significant WHS investigations

Commercial acumen

Previously managed a small team

Driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle
