Your role as a Work Health and Safety (WHS) Systems Coordinator services both David Jones and The Country Road Group. You will support the implementation and development of our WHS management systems and will manage the intranet sites to ensure the correct WHS system's documents are accessible to all areas of the business. We are looking for an analytical and systems focused individual who is an excellent communicator and thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

Based in Burnley with a hybrid mix of time in the office and at home, this role will suit an analytical, process orientated and highly collaborative safety professional who is passionate about creating great people experiences.

Core responsibilities will include:

- Maintain document control systems, records and archives associated with the WHS Management System (Tracksafe)
- Monitor compliance against WHS state and territory legislation
- Manage feedback and provide ongoing development of the WHS Management system and WHS intranet sites
- Ensure accurate processes and documents are stored on our Injury Management System
- Provide accurate and timely WHS reporting to all areas of the business and external regulatory bodies
- Safety Advisor for the Botanicca site to ensure compliance activities are initiated
- Communicate government updates in relation to Covid19 restrictions and legislative changes

Who are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience in WHS Coordinator/systems role in a high-volume environment
- Ability to manipulate safety reports and data from various systems
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
- Confidence to communicate and influence ideas on WHS systems improvements
- Outstanding ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines
- Ability to collaborate and influence a diverse mix of internal/external stakeholder groups
- A relevant Work Health & Safety qualification highly regarded
