The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Competency and Support Administrator on either a full-time or part-time basis, located at our Perth Airport-based Head Office.
The Role
In this role some of the key duties and responsibilities are:
Processing all training, RTO enrolments and confirmations
Processing Permits to Work (Track Access Permits)
Raising requisition/purchase orders
Processing invoices for external providers and reconciling of payments
Data entry into employee training records; ensuring accurate log of Competencies
About You
To be successful in the role you will have;
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong coordination and administration skills
Highly developed interpersonal skills; sound written and verbal communication
Strong computer skills across the Microsoft suite of programs
Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence
