We have an exciting opportunity to join Australia's fastest-growing beauty brands as our Performance Marketing Manager. This is a full-time role based out of our HQ in Sydney.

Due to significant growth, we're seeking a talented, highly motivated, and experienced individual. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end digital performance strategy and execution of advertising.
**Responsibilities**
- From strategy to execution, create and implement a highly effective the PPC strategy across Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads, scaling our account spend while maintaining a healthy ROAS.
- Hitting aggressive weekly and monthly KPIs
- Successfully run campaigns pushing business-as-usual products, as well as one-off/limited edition campaigns
- Work alongside the graphic designer/video editor to create high performing campaign & UGC ads
- Complete data driven daily, weekly and monthly optimisations and weekly/monthly reports
- Build robust performance measurement framework, implementing ongoing reporting with actionable insights, using this data to optimise and improve social performance
- Completing effective competitor analysis and adjusting our campaigns to generate the highest market share.
- Stay on top of industry updates and relevant business impacts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and adopt new marketing technologies.
- Implement automated analytics reporting across Paid Social Channels
- Conduct AB tests, measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of paid marketing programs.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, optimising and managing our product feed across different platforms.
- Work with creative teams to ensure paid digital marketing initiatives are "on brand" with the products, promotions, and overall business strategy.
- Work with retail team to support retail sales and driving in-store traffic and sales.
- Lead the relationships and communication with external partners plus search and recommend new channels for the brand.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of paid performance marketing experience.
- Proven experience in scaling ad spend profitably.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage performance marketing programs to deliver strong ROI.
- Technical expertise in Product Feeds, pixel set up and best practice account setup and management
- Proven experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns.
- Excellent critical thinking skills - effectively weighing the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions and approaches.
- Strategic thinker, always looking for new ways to improve ROI.
