Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Tarren Point, NSW.

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and manage the day-to-day performance marketing funnel. You'll lead our digital advertising strategy with a strong focus on META and paid social, ensuring campaigns are optimised daily and consistently scaled for growth. You'll also be responsible for building and managing full-funnel strategies – from awareness-driving creative at the top, to high-intent remarketing and conversion-focused campaigns at the bottom.

This role is hands-on, strategic, and fast-paced. You'll work closely with our creative and brand teams to feed large volumes of content into the funnel and translate performance insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage daily paid media strategy across META, TikTok, Google, and looking at platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Optimise campaigns daily to maximise ROAS, scale high-performing ads, and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Build, test, and scale always-on campaigns, ensuring strong full-funnel performance.
  • Manage large volumes of creative assets in the funnel, briefing the brand/creative team on new requirements based on performance.
  • Develop and maintain robust testing frameworks for creative, audience, bidding, and placements.
  • Analyse campaign data and produce insight-driven reports, with clear recommendations weekly.
  • Partner with brand and eCommerce teams to align performance campaigns with product launches, key retail moments, and brand campaigns.
  • Stay across industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, bringing fresh thinking and innovation to the role.
  • Own budget management and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and sustainable growth.

About You

  • 3-5 years experience in performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce, fashion, or beauty and agency roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling META campaigns with strong ROAS.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working at speed, managing multiple campaigns and creative iterations daily.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer journey optimisation.
  • Confident using key ad platforms, attribution tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and optimization strategies
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the fragrance or beauty industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
