About the Role

We're seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition and optimisation efforts for a leading, luxury retail brand. This role requires a data-first mindset, leveraging deep analytics to enhance campaign performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & execute performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyse & optimise campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and data visualization tools to drive efficiency.
  • Manage significant budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and cost-per-acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine campaign messaging and audience segmentation.
  • Stay ahead of trends, leveraging emerging technologies and tools to enhance digital marketing performance.
About You
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, ideally in eCommerce or luxury retail.
  • Technical proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data-driven thinker, with expertise in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate insights effectively across teams.
  • Passion for innovation, with a test-and-learn mindset to continuously refine strategies.
