About the Role We're seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition and optimisation efforts for a leading, luxury retail brand.
This role requires a data-first mindset, leveraging deep analytics to enhance campaign performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.Key Responsibilities Develop & execute performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.Analyse & optimise campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and data visualization tools to drive efficiency.Manage significant budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and cost-per-acquisition targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine campaign messaging and audience segmentation.Stay ahead of trends, leveraging emerging technologies and tools to enhance digital marketing performance.About You Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, ideally in eCommerce or luxury retail.Technical proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.Data-driven thinker, with expertise in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and KPI tracking.Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate insights effectively across teams.Passion for innovation, with a test-and-learn mindset to continuously refine strategies.Why Join?
