**In this role**

You'll join the team on the 18th of November where we'll provide you with all the training you need to hit the ground running. Sitting within our Docklands inbound contact centre, you'll engage with customers by phone to create a positive and memorable experience for every customer by delivering exceptional customer service.

Amongst other things, you'll provide customers with information about home lending products, helping them to understand the market comparisons and understand how to get the best rates and products to suit their circumstances. Keeping the customer at front of mind at all times, you will also proactively find solutions to address our customers' needs swiftly and efficiently, while you deliver personal, easy, and effortless digital experiences for our customers.

You love being results oriented and can help drive outcomes for customer, supporting them to solve their home lending needs in one call, and are comfortable and skilled at navigating multiple webpages and systems.
